FORT PIERRE CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
May 8, 2012
The special meeting of the Fort Pierre City Council was called to order by Mayor Sam Tidball at 3:15 pm. Members present for Roll Call were Bernhard, Cronin, Gabriel, Hanson, Rathbun, and Ricketts. Official present was Heezen.
Agenda. Bernhard moved and Gabriel seconded to approve the agenda. Motion passed on Voice Vote.
Discussion. As a follow-up from the discussion at the 5/7/12 Council Meeting, Mayor Tidball worked with Tieszen Law Office to contact a law firm in Washington, D.C. to assist us with our FEMA appeal. Ricketts moved and Bernhard seconded to approve entering into acquiring the legal services of Dickstein Shapiro LLP for the purpose of the representing the City on the FEMA appeal. Motion passed on Voice Vote.
Adjournment. With no further business, Tidball declared the meeting adjourned at 3:41 p.m.
